Housing maybe slow but not for some of the bank owned foreclosure homes in Venice, Florida. With cheap home prices and very low mortgage rates, many Venice home buyers are shopping with great enthusiasm. Multiple offers on bank owned foreclosures are becoming rather common. I just spoke with one of my company agent with 7 offers over the weekend on the same home and 6 were cash!
