Checking with the latest sales figures it looks like Venice, Florida real estate is booming again. Believe it or not, Venice real estate sales now equal the peak of the real estate boom in 2005. The good news is for Venice, Florida Home and Condo buyers is that the median prices are about half the 2005 real estate boom or about $150,000 vs $305,000.
